Returns
Because of the personal nature of fashion items and hygiene concerns, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product you receive is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item or size).
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Once we receive your request, our team will review your case promptly. If approved, you will be offered either a replacement or a refund depending on product availability and your preference.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All exchanged items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement promptly.
Conditions for Return & Exchange

Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags and packaging.

Returns due to buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing that is not caused by us are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or product defect.

Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not send returns without prior approval, as unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
