1) Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

No rush—try it at home and decide if it’s for you.
2) What We Accept

Light try-on is okay. Items don’t have to be “perfect new”—just in reasonable, reusable condition.

Tags/packaging: Helpful if you still have them, not strictly required.

Proof of purchase: Your order number or email is enough.

3) How to Start

Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Short note on the reason (size, style preference, etc.)
We’ll reply with simple next steps and the correct return address. (Please don’t ship to the manufacturer.)
4) Shipping & Costs

Preference returns (size/style/change of mind): return shipping is covered by the customer; use any courier you trust (tracking recommended).

Our mistake or quality issues (defective, damaged, wrong item): we cover all costs and can often resolve it without requiring you to send the item back.
5) Refunds

Once your return arrives, we aim to issue refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Bank posting times may vary.

Original shipping fees are refunded when it’s our error or a quality issue.
Extra flexibility (nice-to-haves):

Returning part of a multi-item order? We’ll refund the returned items only—no penalty.

Prefer store credit? Tell us—we’ll issue it immediately once your parcel is scanned in (often faster than bank refunds).
6) Exchanges

Need a different size/color? Two easy options:

Fastest: Return for a refund and place a new order.

Or: Ask us to hold the replacement while your return is in transit (subject to availability).

If the exchange is due to our error/defect, replacement shipping is on us.
7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item/packaging.

We’ll prioritize a full refund and can ship a free replacement to your door if you prefer.
